Training opportunities and company benefits are available now for an Admin Assistant in Falkirk.

Salary: up to £20,000 per annum + a range of company benefits and training opportunities

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4:30pm. Friday, 7am – 4:30pm

What to expect: this role is set to last for 12 months, and is a valuable chance to build contacts with our prestigious client and our specialist consultants.

As Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Proving excellent customer service

Efficiently and effectively responding to telephone, email, and face to face queries

Supporting and managing the process for projects including handling enquiries, estimating, submitting quotes, and processing orders

Supporting and assisting the process for new quotes, raising projects and vendor purchase orders

Processing timesheets and running reports

The ideal Admin Assistant will be:

Qualified with SVQ/HNC in Administration or have equivalent experience

Experienced in working in a workshop or engineering environment (preferable)

Experienced in the provision of administrative support in a busy office, including multi-tasking and meeting deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to use programmes like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
