Admin Assistant/Tankwash Co-ordinator – Morson Group – Grangemouth

You are the central point of contact for customers (transporters/tank operators) and employees

Administrative and reception work on a day to day-to-day basis

Participate in training and study days (Internal/external) to keep the necessary knowledge for the proper performance of the position III

Processing tank Containers Statuses in Depot Software on a day-to-day basis

All other activities related to the position and the interests of Tankwash Grangemouth

To support and facilitate towards Health & Safety, ensuring the depot is complaint

Experience

Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Knowledge of logistics

Health & Safety

Specific Skills

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Must have written and oral communication skills in English

Good interpersonal skills and is a able to work with a team
