Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a major housing client based in Falkirk who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis until the end of March 2023. This role will be supporting with a project and will require candidates to contact tenants as well as performing a number of administrative tasks. You'll be working in a new-build office complex with a welcoming team so it could be a great opportunity if you're seeking immediate work.
Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm)
Fully office based
Expected to start ASAP
Contacting tenants and booking in appointments with engineers for electrical testing
Updating spreadsheets with appointment information and updates
Rearranging appointments following no access visits
Updating internal databases with relevant information
Managing diaries for engineers
Maintaining good GDPR practices
Ad hoc admin duties
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working within a customer service or administrative role
Good customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills and ability to use Excel
