Air Conditioning / Gas Sales Representative
Location : Edinburgh- Falkirk – Glasgow
Hours : 8am – 5pm
Benefits: Salary £25-35,000pa / OTE 45-55K / Commission / Car / 23 + 8 days holiday
We are a national provider with offices in the West Midlands & Scotland and currently employ over 100 engineers across the Country. We specialise in the Commercial Gas, Building Maintenance and Air Conditioning Industry, working closely with the Retail and Health sector.
We are currently seeking a Area Sales Representative /Business Development Manager to join our team in the Scotland branch. We are looking for someone who has already working the Air Conditioning or Gas industry who has knowledge of the products we supply and can help the business grow.
Responsibilities
To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
Sell products to current clients by developing a positive relationship with them whilst also bringing on new business
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working to a target to ensure KPIS are met
Essential Experience (All of the following will be considered):
B2B sales experience with in the air conditioning or gas industry
Excellent customer service skills
Confident in selling products
Driver's Licence
