Business Development/Sales Executive -Hybrid working considered -required by a leading Fortune 100 company and globally renowned fuel supplier! Office based in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire

Circa £25,000 basic salary with an attractive commission structure/Bonus 

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5 pm) Hybrid working considered

Business Development/Sales Executive required to build relationships with new and existing business customers in the UK and promote and sell leading energy solutions.

The company is a global leader in fuel logistics, specializing in the marketing, sale, and distribution of marine, aviation, and land fuel products and services. 

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

The Business Development/Sales Executive will Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities with prospective new customer accounts targeting the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) businesses to exceed sales quota targets

You will be responsible for the generation of new customer business, volume, and gross margin through the application of Company business tools ( telephone, email) and guidelines, in line with the individual, depot, and regional budgets, and Successfully manage the transition of new gained accounts into the incumbent team of account managers

PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):

Telephone sales or business development (telephone-based or face-to-face) experience is essential
Excellent customer service skills are essential
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills are essential
Strong attention to detail is essential
IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email & Web) awareness and experience are essential
Strong data entry skills and high levels of accuracy are essential
