NHS Forth Valley seeks to appoint Consultant Breast Radiologists to complete our complement of 15.5 WTE General Consultant Radiologists. These posts are full time based on a total of 20 available PA’s.
The Radiology Department is a welcoming and cohesive unit; the existing Consultants all have subspecialty interests and Specialist Trainees from both the West and South East Scotland training schemes rotate through the department. There are good relationships with clinical Consultants throughout the hospital.
Forth Valley Royal Hospital serves a population of approximately 310,000 and is just 12 years old, with state of the art digital Radiology equipment. It is set in attractive parkland, and located centrally between, and within easy reach of, Glasgow and Edinburgh by road or rail. Their respective airports are little over half an hour from most parts of Forth Valley and road and rail links are excellent, enjoy low property prices and the option of a city or country lifestyle, and excellent schools whether state or private.
