There is a rare opportunity for a part time Cook, based at our award winning new Falkirk campus. The role comprises general kitchen duties such as preparing a range of hot and cold food, cleaning of the kitchen areas and supporting the Kitchen Supervisor. Training will be given, but you must have a strong work ethic and a positive, can do attitude. You will be working within a small team to deliver high quality food to the staff, students and visitors.

With a knowledge of food hygiene best practice, you should hold a Professional Cookery Level 2 Certificate (or equivalent) together with a Food Hygiene Certificate, preferably at Intermediate level. Additionally you should have experience in food preparation within industrial catering or hotel environment.

This is a term time post and you will work weeks per year, .5 hours per week over 5 days per week and payment of salary will be annualised.
