Falkirk Council Children’s Services are seeking applications from motivated and solution focused candidates with excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills to join the team as a Customer Response Officer.

The post holder will support the work relating to complaints and enquiries from service users, Local Members, MPs, MSPs and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO); and Children’s Services responses to Freedom of Information, Subject Access Requests, Environmental Information Regulations and Data Protection legislation.

The post is a permanent position, 37 hours per week and will involve a hybrid working model with time spent working from home and the option of working at The Foundry in Larbert when required.
