Looking for a rewarding salary and bonus scheme?Wanting to work from home?Craving an early finish on a Friday?Desires additional holiday allowance?I could go on….Our award winning client is passionate about finding their customer's their dream home whilst providing exceptional customer service and after care.They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their close knit team, this position requires a high level of customer care and attention to detail and the successful individual will go above and beyond when required to do so.This is a varied role however the main duties include:* Deal with customer complaints* Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure remedial issues are dealt with in a timely manner.* Preparation of invoices* Represent the brand in a positive light whilst delivering the highest quality customer service at all times.This is a fast paced position and requires someone who can effectively prioritise there time, out with these skills you would be expected to demonstrate the following experience:* High level communication skills* Ability to work under pressure* Computer literate (outlook, excel, word)* Experience dealing with complaints* Great attention to detailThey offer a rewarding salary of £24K, plus an annual onus of up to 22%. The operating hours are Mon – Thurs 8.45am -5.30 pm and an early finish of 3pm on a Friday. There office is based in Falkirk but they will be moving to Glasgow later in the year so the successful applicant must be able to travel to either branch for 2 days per week, whilst working at home for the other 3.
