We are looking for a E-mobility SaaS Applications Manager within Certas Energy to manage and maintain our EV SaaS platforms.
We’re recruiting for a E-mobility Applications Manager within Certas Energy to expand networks and introduce new energies in response to emerging mobility needs. With a focus on the rollout of EV, this permanent post will lead in the integration and development of the SaaS products needed to deliver CPO and eMSP solutions. Successful candidates will have experience in the management of back-end and front-end SaaS products, in addition to customer quote and installer management platforms. You’ll be motivated by customer satisfaction and delivering a quality solution. You will identify and execute opportunities to manage the customer base and improving the customer experience.

What we are looking for…
3+ years’ experience in managing Saas products within large organisations
Project management and programme planning experience in a similar industry, PRINCE2 is desirable
A track record of effective customer/end-user management
H&S planning experience
Strong reporting skills, along with budget management and governance
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel
Demonstrable experience and expertise in the energy sector, liquid fuels, renewables and energy innovation sector is highly desirable
Good technical understanding of the sector
Highly influential individual with strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working successfully within a matrix management structure
Highly numerate with budget management experience
