Your Dream Role:

Put simply, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of Finance process and implementing solutions to maximise department efficiencies.

Your role will focus on operations at ADL as part of aligning Finance and Tax with all business units across the NFI Group. You will also have exposure of other projects across the Group.

Lead multiple, often complex, projects from defining and managing scope to delivering a viable product/solution to the business.

Prepare conceptual designs of proposed technical solutions; act as the liaison between the business and ITS in transforming system design concepts to a detailed system design.

Lead acceptance testing of new business systems and system enhancements to ensure system function in line with the specification.

Ensure our computer applications and processes are efficient and cost effective.

Opportunities like this don’t come along often – you will have exposure to a wide range of senior stakeholder and complex projects across Alexander Dennis and the wider NFI Group.

Strive for continuous improvement at all times. Work with various stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

What you will bring:

Project management and/or Business Analysis training

CA, CGA, CMA or CPA Qualified

System configuration and/or development knowledge

A team player with an inquisitive personality and interest in learning new things and improving processes.

Thorough knowledge of business process redesign or reengineering.

We need you to have strong computer skills, well versed in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Access and Visio.

Extensive experience of working with SysPro, or other ERPs. Even better if you have experience with Oracle EPM and other finance system solutions.

The confidence to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

Things can be hectic here so you will have the ability to work unsupervised, often to tight deadlines.
