Head Chef for Fresh Food Restaurant & Whisky Bar
Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus and Tips
This stylish restaurant and whisky bar bring sophisticated locally sourced ingredients to its menu. They use all fresh produce, cooking Fresh Seafood and dishes for local guests and tourists. With 6 Chic whisky-themed bedrooms overlooking the river Spey. You must have a real passion for great food, be able to work and grow in a small but friendly team
This is a fantastic opportunity to implement all the ideas on food and management you have been wanting to do but unable to do so due to restrictions.
Salary up to £45,000

Meals provided on shift
The Role:
Work with fresh and locally sourced ingredients
Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure all food production is to a high standard
Communication with the FOH team is at its very best all the time
Check Food Stock levels are correct
Able to modify dishes to meet guest’s dietary requirements
Cooking high-standard food for all guests
Able to prepare a high volume of food
Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications
Be able to keep the reputation standards at all times
Previous experience working as a Head Chef
Excellent time management skills
Willing to work well as part of a team
Someone who will invest in the ethos of the fresh ingredients
Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work!
