Webhelp is looking for a Head of Rewards to take full accountability for our UK region pay, benefits and reward strategy evolution, deployment and governance. This is a full-time role based in Larbert, and it comes with a favourable salary and the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements. The Head of Rewards will work with key stakeholders at all levels and up to board level, creating and deploying pay and remuneration policies and practices and delivering a suite of benefits that ensure Webhelp is considered an employer of choice. In this Reward and Benefits role, you can expect to: * Collate and prepare reward-related business requests, researching and adding associated industry insight, for the monthly Remuneration Committee agenda * Coordinate and facilitate the annual salary review process, covering areas such as overseeing the preparation of salary benchmarking data, identifying colleagues in scope for review * Own the creation, review and sign off of corporate performance bonus and incentive plans and facilitates the associated biannual payment process and cycle * Oversee the job evaluation and grading process supporting the evolution of our pay structures and pay progressions models To apply for this role, you will need previous HR experience in a senior Reward role, ideally holding a professional qualification or membership such as CIPD or equivalent. You will also require excellent influencing skills, with the ability to build a rapport and gain buy-in from a range of stakeholders. In addition, you should be able to build credibility and confidently operate at senior and board levels.
