We are looking for suitable motivated individuals to work within ward B22 Short Stay Medical Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working Health Care Support Workers who will be part of our multi-disciplinary team. Our aim is to provide a high standard of person centred care in an environment where staff are supported and encouraged to develop their skills. The post holders will provide essential nursing care to patients and support registered nursing staff. Full details of role and responsibilities are available within the job description. Previous experience in a caring role is desirable.

The successful applicants will:-

have good communication skills
have good organisational skills
be committed to their own ongoing personal development
Excellent team working skills with the ability to work using their own initiative
Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent time management skills
The post is rotational days/nights and the successful candidate will be expected to be flexible to meet the demands of the organisation.
