Office AdministratorGrangemouth, ScotlandFull Time – 38 hours per weekUp to £25,000 p/a + holiday paySearch Consultancy are currently working with an Engineering Consultancy firm to recruit for a full time Office Administrator. This is a permanent role and the client is looking for an individual with strong administrative experience, who is confident in Microsoft packages, minute taking and audio typing. This is a hands on position and requires someone who can jump right in to a variety of tasks, you should have an enthusiastic personality and be able to work as part of a team but also independently.Duties involved in this role will include:* Following set administrative procedures and systems* Dealing with incoming calls, forwarding on calls to the relevant team member* Producing and formatting of letters and fee proposals to clients* Arranging of internal and external meetings on behalf of team members* Accurate minute taking during meetings, to then be correctly formatted and shared with team members* Maintain and update company records and databases* Deal with incoming and outgoing mail* Ad-hoc administrative dutiesIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Prior administrative experience is required* Excellent Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel and Powerpoint in particular)* Strong verbal and written communication ability* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills* Diary management experience is preferred* Audio typing experience is preferredIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
