Operational Manager – Emergency Care & Inpatients – NHS Scotland – Larbert

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join NHS Forth Valley’s Operational Management team for Emergency Care & Inpatient Services.

The Operational Manager will have the skills to effectively lead, support and coordinate an efficient and effective service, initiate change, delegate effectively and have the ability to work flexibly in an acute and dynamic environment. Furthermore, the Operational Manager may be expected to work on a range of NHS FV wide issues, as directed by the Head of Service or Site Director.

Prospective applicants should have experience in leading larger-scale projects with high complexity and multiple stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable using and interpreting data and using this to identify and monitor service performance.

Educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience), they will have strong organisational abilities, with attention to detail. You will have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
