ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
In this role you will optimise the INEOS operating site at Grangemouth to maximise profit. You will also communicate and facilitate the execution of a plan to ensure optimisation of the value chain.
Key Accountabilities
Review and modify the weekly operating plan each day as required to provide clear targets that maximize profit across the site businesses.
Review operational constraints and evaluate market economics to set daily operating targets that maximize site profit.
Communicate and influence the adoption of such plans across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Co-ordinate and optimise the complex global supply chain of feed stocks and products within operational and contractual constraints.
ABOUT YOU
You should:
Be educated to degree level in a STEM related discipline including Business, Finance or Engineering
Be able to demonstrate strong analytical, IT and numerical capability
Be able to make decisions with available data in a time pressured environment
Have a good level of commercial awareness
Hold strong interpersonal skills and able to influence across all levels of the organisation
Be able to demonstrate resilience in a continuous evolving working environment
You may also have:
Experience in an Oil & Gas / Chemical industry
Experience of complex supply chain management
