Prison Healthcare within NHS Forth Valley is at an exciting point in it’s journey!

We are recruiting 2 Prison Practice Nurses who will be responsible for

Implementation and coordination of long term condition programmes.
Development and co-ordination of health promotion and health education materials and programmes to keep patients informed of options available to them and to support self management.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols and procedures within the Health Centre to ensure the care provided meets local, regional and national guidance.
Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision where appropriate in support of less experienced staff and students.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
