We are looking for a driven and proactive Project Engineer to join our Process & Energy sector on site in Grangemouth. You will be expected to deliver the engineering execution of various projects to the required quality, time and cost, including cost effective, profit enhancing design. Working with multi-disciplined teams you must be able to appreciate complex, practical, regulatory, technical and commercial issues and to work constructively with a broad range of senior stakeholders. In addition, you will establish, lead and motivate teams that are either local to you or distributed across multiple sites.
Applicants should be degree qualified in a relevant Engineering subject with previous experience in a similar role within the Process sector (Oil & Gas/Pharmaceutical/Petrochemical). You will have well developed strong communication skills, and you will incisively know how to deliver team objectives and business goals / plans by providing support, encouragement and clear direction to others.
