The Client Mech Electrics are looking to secure a Quantity Surveyor within the Grangemouth area for our client. They are a technical services company who provide Mechanical and Electrical engineering within the built environment and offer design through to project completion. The role will come with a package of £52-58K including company benefits and a car / allowance. The Role and its Responsibilities For the Quantity Surveyor role you should be fully experienced in the following areas: * Contract T&C’s * Assessment, review and mitigation of risks * Contract compliance * Liaising with project teams * Ensuring safety first is visible on projects * Procurement and management of subcontractors * Dispute resolutions * Customer relationships * Production of accurate reports * Cash flow forecasting * Report maintenance * Invoicing and payments The Individual Our client is looking for candidates with experience at working on medium to large M&E projects and who are able to communicate effectively. You should be resilient and determined in the role and have a good commercial acumen to fill the position successfully. Skills and Experience * Industry relevant degree qualified * IT literate with experience at working with relevant industry software * Understanding of building regulations * Experience at working in a senior commercial role Salary and Package The company is offering a favourable salary of £52-58K plus benefits and car / allowance
