Driver Hire Grangemouth currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join the team. You will already have proven sales experience in the recruitment or transport sector, and be looking to take the next step. You will be supporting our clients in both haulage and logistics, along with more niche vehicle operators such food & drink suppliers, trade merchants and those with warehousing facilities.

Sales and Business Development will be your main focus, but you will learn fully our recruitment process (you cant sell what you don’t know!). This will cover our compliance and audit standards, online job posting & management, the interview process and selecting the right candidate for the right client.

You will be entrusted with:

  • understanding the business trends in the FK area
  • identifying opportunities in the FK area
  • analysis of Driver Hire sales reports
  • data cleansing
  • database management
  • current client phone calls
  • prospect client phone calls
  • business emails
  • face to face client meetings
  • negotiations
  • We are a fast paced office where no two days are ever the same, however we pride ourselves on being a close team who follow the Driver Hire motto of “fun at work”. We are looking for someone with an outgoing bubbly personality but who also appreciates hard work is required to make it all happen.

    Training will involve 2 weeks in our Edinburgh office, on the job training, virtual learning and the opportunity of residential courses at our Head Office.

    Driving licence essential and own car beneficial

    Understanding of the FK post code is essential, in particular Falkirk, Stirling and Grangemouth plus surrounding areas.

    Office hours are Monday to Friday, 0-0 (this is not a WFH role)

    OTE £, raising to £, after 1 year – this is comprised basic salary, on call allowance and bonus
