We have a rewarding position available as a Regional Relief Manager with one of the leading care providers in the area.Position: Regional Relief Manager Location: Falkirk Salary: Up to £55,000 per annumAs a Regional Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support to care homes that may find themselves short of a manager due to various reasons. Your expertise and leadership will be invaluable in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care services across the region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Step in as an interim manager for care homes as needed, maintaining smooth operations and high standards of care
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring they have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional care
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and company policies within each assigned care home
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction


  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector
  • Strong understanding of care home operations and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations as required
  • RGN qualification preferred but not essential
