Your dream role:
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer focused Regional Sales Manager to join our successful, international business.
You’ll segment the customer landscape ensuring regular contact, building long lasting meaningful relationships. This will allow you to grow sales and maximise margin contribution on new and used bus and coach products.
Provide Customers with quality, professional and well-informed advice on fleet requirements. As part of this, you’ll make efficient use of company demonstrators throughout your region.
You’ll work closely with the wider Commercial team, adhering to relevant systems, process and procedures. This includes providing necessary sales documentation in line with payment timing.
Regular contact with our Contracts Managers to monitor progress of sold vehicles and ensure specification milestones are met.
Follow the vehicle handover procedures ensuring all documentation and agreements are administrated correctly and in the relevant timescales. This includes supporting with payment collections process in line with completions and forecasts.
You’ll host customers on site as well as attend trade shows and events to promote our brand and our products.
Finally, you’ll provide accurate, relevant and timely reports and management information to the business (including forecasting and demand planning).
What you will bring:
Highly motivated and creative, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Good understanding of bus and coach products including key attributes that appeal to the sector specifics.
Diligent, honest, well organised and focussed on delivering a high-quality customer experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortably able to articulate our total value proposition.
Enhanced influencing and negotiating at all levels internally and externally, with the ability and confidence to make spot decisions.
Ability to work well as a team, as well as alone, under pressure and towards targets.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driver’s licence is essential, as is some flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work and overnights away.
Competent user of Microsoft packages, as well as other bespoke systems.
Generally, someone who adds to our culture – approachable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
