An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Forth Valley Quality Team. The post plays a key role in supporting the development and coordination of the quality portfolio in line with agreed timescales and objectives across NHS Forth Valley, working together with Clackmannanshire and Stirling and Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnerships
As an experienced Senior Project Officer the postholder will have a high level of planning and organisational skills to ensure the core functions of the quality team are delivered efficiently. This will include the day-to-day management of project support staff, the development of departmental processes and the regular reporting against key objectives. The post holder will also develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across Forth Valley to develop solutions for quality issues.
We are seeking applications from experienced staff who work autonomously with a demonstrable track record of applying project management and quality improvement skills to achieve the best outcomes for service users and staff. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly within a rapidly changing environment.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
