A very exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent staff nurses for a new development within NHS Forth Valley.
NHSFV are currently constructing a new National Treatment Centre 26 bedded ward for elective orthopaedic surgery. Construction is underway with operational opening date in March 2023.
The successful applicant will be working to deliver high quality care to arthroplasty patients, specifically knee and hip surgery with some foot and ankle surgery.
The NTC unit will be a centre of excellence in orthopaedic surgery for patients across central Scotland and further .
The post will take all levels of band 5s preferably with orthopaedic or surgical experience. You will need a commitment to high standards of surgical care and open to learning new skills and be a dedicated team player.
The commencement date will require some flexibility due to the complexities of the building project.
