Are you passionate about Customer Service? Do you have experience in leading teams to deliver the best Customer Service and are ready for a new challenge? We have a new part-time opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Falkirk.

Are you ready to support the leadership team to inspire and motivate our people to deliver exceptional customer care? We are offering a salary of up to £26,000 with a bonus earning potential of £3000 annually along with a list of comprehensive benefits package.

As a Team Leader in this part-time role, you can expect to take on the following:

  • Ensure that our people perform to the highest standard delivering exceptional results
  • Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
  • Deliver on our quality and assurance initiatives
  • Analyse and present opportunities for improvement

  • Minimum of a years’ experience in a leadership role
