Are you ready to support the leadership team to inspire and motivate our people to deliver exceptional customer care? We are offering a salary of up to £26,000 with a bonus earning potential of £3000 annually along with a list of comprehensive benefits package.
As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:
Ensure that our people perform to the highest standard delivering exceptional results
Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
Deliver on our quality and assurance initiatives
Analyse and present opportunities for improvement

What we are looking for:
Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a leadership role
Care and nurture for our people, inspire and motivate them to deliver the best Customer Care through the use of coaching and development
Working in a fast paced working environment it’s essential that you can deal with change at pace
