Duties: Taking INBOUND CALLS & Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, advising of new services resolving queries etc. Customer Service, Speaking to clients who are placing orders,building relationships with regulars….To include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customerinquiries.You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role involving Telemarketing, up selling or proactive calls.
