We are looking for a person with excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have a good working knowledge of a Patient Administration System e.g. Trakcare, and an understanding of Scottish Government & local waiting times guarantees.

You will have a pleasant and helpful manner and work well using your own initiative as well as part of the team. Good keyboard skills, considerable experience of common software packages e.g. Excel, and an ability to prioritise work are also required.
