Job Description
You will be responsible for planning the workload and leading the team of Warehouse Coordinators with a hands on approach.
Team coordination as well as encouraging innovation and creativity. Developing the team through daily coaching and development plans.
Track department KPI’s, analysing trends and drive problem solving to help improving department performance.
Accountability for ERP system posting/ movements of cased goods within 3rd Party Storage and 3rd Party Production.
Streamline the warehouse coordinators operational processes and communication tools.
Stabilise collaboration with Bottling plant warehouse and Customer Service function defining appropriate interactions between the teams.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience within a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Strong management skills with proven experience mentoring and developing a team.
A strong track record of providing a high level of customer service and administration, consistently delivering accurate and professional levels of support to the wider business.
Understanding of UK warehousing and transport best-practice processes, systems, and ways of working.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cultural change and develop talent.
Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
